Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
• Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
• Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
• Interact with customers by setting project expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Complete all service-related documentation accurately using the provided handheld device.
