Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company-paid training and learn to operate a pest control service route as a Pro
• Prepare and install home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency
• Drive a company vehicle, follow route schedules within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
• Interact with customers, set expectations, and walk them through the process to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer
• Complete all service documentation using your provided handheld device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• No experience required—training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid)
• Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers
• Compliance with physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, access crawl spaces, work in various weather conditions, wear PPE including respirators
