Job summary

Orkin is seeking a results-oriented sales professional in the United States to build a long-term career in pest-control sales. You’ll inspect homes, explain findings, and present service options to customers, while maintaining a high standard of integrity and customer care.

You’ll drive revenue with a focus on timely follow-ups, scheduled appointments, and self-generated opportunities. Training is provided and a company vehicle is included, along with comprehensive benefits and performance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely use ladders within manufacturer’s weight capacity and PPE.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by showcasing value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
