Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to help homeowners protect their homes with our award-winning termite and pest services. You’ll receive training, a company vehicle, and a competitive first-year earnings potential of $80K, with room for growth in a stable industry.

You’ll conduct thorough 360-degree home inspections, recommend Orkin’s pest protection solutions, and schedule sales appointments in customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (paid by company).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.

Physical Requirements

• Safely use a ladder within weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
