Job summary

Regional Homes of Waco, a division of Champion Homes, seeks motivated salespeople to sell award-winning floor plans on new home sites. No prior sales experience required, but proven prospecting and closing ability is valued.

Includes paid training, strong team support, and a path to substantial earnings. Role involves meeting sales goals, providing excellent customer service, prospecting and promoting new business, and following prospects through the sales cycle.

Regional Homes of Waco (a division of Champion Homes) is looking for professional, motivated, career minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments. You do not need to have sales experience but if you do, and find you are not being compensated for your long workdays. We value our team and reward our team members for their hard work. Job Responsibilities

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
