Zusammenfassung

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide home respiratory care and equipment setup in the Buffalo Grove area. The role includes arranging delivery and setup of respiratory devices following physician orders, with emphasis on ventilator management.

The successful candidate will instruct patients on equipment use and safety, perform follow-up calls, and provide in-home follow-up care as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Active RRT or CRT license
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be 21+ to be covered on company auto insurance
• Experience providing home respiratory care

Aufgaben

• Set up and delivery of respiratory equipment including, but not limited to, non-invasive ventilators and BiPAPs in the hospital and home setting
• Completes delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately
• Provides patients with instruction on the proper use, maintenance and safety of their medical equipment
• Performing follow up phone calls with patients after respiratory equipment is set up
• Providing follow up care in the home setting as needed
• Other duties as assigned
