Job summary

QUIPT HOME MEDICAL INC is seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (PT/PRN) to provide home healthcare respiratory care. The role focuses on setting up respiratory equipment according to physician orders and includes ventilator management and patient instruction.

The candidate will work in home and clinic settings with adherence to safety protocols. The position requires a valid RRT/CRT license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RRT or CRT license.
• Experience with home respiratory care and ventilator management is preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Must be 21+ to be covered on company auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver respiratory equipment, including non-invasive ventilators and BiPAPs, in home or facility settings.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Instruct patients on proper use, maintenance and safety of equipment.
• Conduct follow-up calls with patients after setup and provide home-care follow-up.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
