Job summary

Lincare is seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to perform equipment setups in patients' homes, including ventilators, monitors, CPAP units, and oxygen equipment. The role requires professional patient education and timely, accurate documentation.

You will conduct assessments, stay current with respiratory homecare practices, comply with safety policies, and participate in on-call rotations evenings and weekends. Must have reliable vehicle and state licenses as applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare settings.
• Familiar with respiratory equipment and care protocols.
• Ability to travel to patient homes with a valid driver's license.
• Understanding of safety standards (OSHA, DOT, FDA) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform setups of ventilators, monitors, CPAP and oxygen equipment.
• Provide patient education and complete patient assessments.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with accreditation standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations evenings and weekends.
