Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Equipment Setup Specialist to install and service ventilators, monitors and CPAP units in patients’ homes. You will educate patients, perform assessments, and maintain accurate records while following safety policies.

On-call evenings and weekends may be required, with responsibilities scaled by center size. Applicants should have 2–3 years in home healthcare, state licensure where required, and the ability to travel using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare setting is required.
• Minimum two years in home healthcare.
• Minimum three years in home healthcare; may involve training others.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient education as part of patient care activities in home settings.
• Performs complete and professional patient assessments per policy.
• Maintains patient records in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Works on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled.
