Job summary

VieMed is seeking a Home Respiratory Therapist to manage clinical, technical, and administrative functions for in-home therapy services. The role includes equipment installation, patient assessment, and coordination with physicians and other care providers.

The position requires a valid Respiratory Therapist license, home-care experience, and strong documentation skills. On-call rotation and collaboration with RTs and other staff are essential as part of a team delivering safe, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in home respiratory therapy preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Install/deliver respiratory equipment and supplies to patients in their homes and assess equipment.
• Maintain records, charting, progress notes, clinical files and equipment records.
• Maintain inventory of Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies; ensure vehicle and equipment safety.
