Job summary

Sleep Management, LLC is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to manage home respiratory therapy services. You will oversee the clinical, technical and administrative functions for the home program, install equipment, perform ongoing patient assessments, maintain records, and coordinate with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Medical or respiratory experience.
• A valid Respiratory Therapist license in the State in which you practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee home respiratory therapist program operations at the location on record.
• Install and deliver respiratory equipment and ensure ongoing patient assessment and supplies.
• Maintain clinical records, charts, equipment records and documentation.
• Maintain inventory of Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance per applicable standards.
• Update demographic information as needed and manage regulatory compliance.
• Orient and train subordinate respiratory therapist staff service technicians.
• Support billing documentation and third-party payer guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical, managerial, and sales staff to promote home respiratory therapy services.
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment prior to installation.
