Power Home Remodeling Group is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Melville, NY. You will meet with homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling options, and follow a proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching.

You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions while collaborating with teammates to meet individual and team sales goals. Competitive earnings include uncapped commissions and a $3,900 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to new people.
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is helpful.
