Job summary

West Shore Home in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and grow a team of Installers responsible for five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences. You will act as Leader, Motivator, and Coach with support from regional leadership.

You will oversee installation operations, develop processes, visit sites to resolve issues, and coach staff to meet KPI targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, construction, or home remodeling.
• Proven ability to report KPIs and drive revenues.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing your Installation team to install products effectively and profitably.
• Develop, implement, and improve processes for warehouse operations and pre-installation measurement.
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
• Provide training on requirements, culture and processes; coach staff to meet expectations.

As an Installation Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by leading and growing a dynamic team of Installers. You will play the role of Leader, Motivator, and Coach with the support of our General Manager, Installation Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and all levels of regional leadership.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• - Overseeing your Installation team"s to effectively and profitably install our products

• - Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement process

• - Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees

What It Takes to Succeed
