KINDHEARTED HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC in Pasadena, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You will assess and implement care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure safe and effective treatment. Active MD RN license with BLS; ACLS preferred; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• BLS/CPR certification current; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in clinical nursing or new graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and safely.
• Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support a team-oriented environment to deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Skilled in Trach and Vent
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans in alignment with clinical best practices
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and safely
• Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs and emergencies
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skillsi>
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
