Community Partners NH in Dover, NH is seeking a dedicated Home Provider for a unique residential opportunity. This role includes housing in a 2‑bedroom condo (to rent and live in) located in Dover, NH, as part of the arrangement, plus a generous stipend.

As a Home Provider you will mentor and support an individual with developmental disabilities, model positive thinking, assist with daily living and community participation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Background checks including criminal, OIG, BEAS and motor vehicle records are required.
• Ability to live in and rent a two-bedroom condo as part of the arrangement.

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Home Provider for a unique residential opportunity. This role includes housing, featuring a 2‑bedroom condominium (to rent and live in) located in Dover, NH, as part of the arrangement.

A Home Providership is a contractual agreement, with a generous stipend, that may be an alternative or supplement to a more traditional employment opportunity.

Our nonprofit agency is dedicated to providing services to adults with developmental disabilities and individuals who are dually diagnosed. We match individuals with interested applicants (Home Providers) who are willing to share their home and life, acting as caregivers, positive role models and mentors. The ability to work with a multidisciplinary team is a must.

Our non‑profit organization provides program oversight and offers educational/clinical training and support to ensure success.

We are looking for an individual or couple interested in renting and living in a two‑bedroom condo and providing a supportive home environment for an individual as a Home Provider.

We pride ourselves on working with potential home providers and individuals needing homes to find the best match for both home providers and individuals. As a Home Provider you would model positive thinking and provide support around the individual’s physical and metal wellbeing, decision making, accessing community activities and other ADL skills.
