Job summary

Mosaic Nebraska is seeking Home Providers to welcome individuals with intellectual disabilities into their home and life.

You’ll be compensated with an average annual income around $71,800 tax-free, plus monthly rent/household expense contributions. Training and ongoing team support are provided.

Must reside in Nebraska, own or rent a home, and be prepared for screenings, licensing assistance, and a supportive partnership with Mosaic.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must reside in Nebraska.
• Own or rent your own home.
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.
• Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support in the home.
• Assist with medications and medical appointments.
• Help someone build connections, participate in their community, and feel belonging.
• Provide transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintain documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Help someone build confidence, independence and pursue personal goals.
