Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals in South Bend, IN to join our pest protection team. You will inspect and install systems, work with a crew on site, and perform attic/crawlspace services including encapsulation and insulation.

No pest control experience? Our award‑winning training program will teach you the skills needed. You’ll receive a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile device, and opportunities for advancement in leadership or management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company‑paid).
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a technician crew to complete tasks.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services including encapsulation and insulation.
• Perform light carpentry work and maintain equipment.
• Communicate clearly with customers and complete reports via handheld device.
