Job summary

Orkin is seeking Home Sales Inspectors in Bluffton, SC. You will perform comprehensive home inspections, make strategic recommendations, and build trusted relationships with homeowners to protect their homes.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer care as you guide clients through Orkin’s pest control solutions. Training is provided, no prior industry experience is required, and a company vehicle with a gas card supports field work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all customer interactions.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
