Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Residential Sales Specialist to sell pest management services to new and existing customers.

You will assess needs, inspect properties, and propose effective pest control solutions, coordinating with a service team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in pest control sales, and a valid driver’s license with up to 100% travel within territory.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer an Associate's or Technical degree.
• 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience.
• 1–2 years in pest control sales and 2+ years in customer service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential pest management services and products.
• Perform needs analyses to assess customer concerns.
• Visually inspect homes and businesses for pests and issues.
• Collaborate with service centers, Inside Sales, and technicians.
• Develop proposals and follow up on opportunities to close sales.
• Use CRM to document home assessments and sales activities.
