Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Oakdale, MN. You will drive revenue by selling pest control solutions, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored proposals to residences and businesses.

Responsibilities include inspections, presenting contracts, and maintaining vehicle and equipment. The role requires a valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, and high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional pest control services to customers through warm leads, cold calls, and on-site visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conducive conditions and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and nurture sales leads within the branch and territory, proactively generating opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions compliant with laws and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain the company vehicle and equipment in clean, safe condition.
