Job summary

Harbor Lane is looking for a Home Organizer to help families reclaim space and peace in their homes. You will work directly with clients, sorting, decluttering, and setting up systems you can leave behind.

You will operate solo in clients' homes, assess needs, photograph progress when allowed, and ensure the space looks staged and organized as soon as you arrive.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Willing to make donation runs, sometimes with a loaded vehicle.
• Smartphone proficient and comfortable using apps for checklists, photos, and schedules.
• Able to work in homes that are dusty, cluttered, or in disrepair.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required for offers.

Responsibilities

• Be the calm, professional face of Harbor Lane in clients' homes.

Job description

Not every family we help is moving. Many just need a home that works again: a garage they can park in, a closet they can use, a house that's grown too full to manage. These are shorter projects, often a single day or a few sessions, and you're frequently the only Harbor Lane person in the home. That makes you the whole experience for that client.

What the job requires

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, use a step stool, and be on your feet, with or without reasonable accommodation
