Job summary

Sage-Haus in East Nashville is seeking a House Manager & Family Assistant with childcare support. This full-time role (30-35 hours weekly, 30 guaranteed) focuses on household logistics, scheduling, meal prep, and occasional backup childcare to support two toddlers and a busy schedule.

You will coordinate calendars with the nanny, handle errands, stock supplies, oversee vendors, and keep the home organized and calm.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required for backup childcare.
• Must have reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Comfortable with evenings or weekends as schedule requires.
• Comfortable with cats in the home and working with a nanny.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to coordinate with household staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and logistics for all household members.
• Oversee daily resets and maintain organization across rooms.
• Manage household systems, closets, pantry, and storage.
• Prepare the home for bi-monthly housekeeping visits and linen rotations.
