Austin Powder Company is hiring a CDL Driver - Operator to join the local distribution team in Nashville, TN. You will be loading, unloading, transporting product and supporting field operations at customer sites.

The role requires a CDL with Tanker/Hazmat endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with home nightly and safety as a core value.

Qualifications

• CDL with Tanker/Hazmat endorsements and a clean driving record are required.
• Able to perform hands-on, outdoor work and drive in a safety-first culture.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working Monday–Friday with some overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inventory, load, unload and transport product at the local distribution center and customer job sites.
• Drive and operate MMUs (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and learn the technical aspects of staging product in the field.
