Job summary

Austin Powder is seeking a Driver to operate and maintain vehicles safely, with 20–30% driving time and remaining hours in hands-on labor at outdoor sites. You will transport bulk products, manage loads, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure compliance with explosive-handling regulations.

This role is based in Dunlap, TN. The position requires a valid CDL (A or B), willingness to work outside in all weather, and the ability to lift about 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A or Class-B CDL with clean driving record.
• Hazmat, tanker and air brake endorsements preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain trucks and equipment safely.
• Deliver bulk/explosive products to customer locations.
• Load/unload materials with appropriate equipment; handle inventory and records.
• Follow all safety, regulatory, and company policies; conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
