Citizens in Franklin, TN is seeking a Home Mortgage Post Closing Specialist to manage warehouse unpurchased loan pipelines and perfect loans for delivery to investors or agencies. As the Home Mortgage Post Closing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing warehouse unpurchased loan pipelines, obtaining necessary documentation to perfect a loan for delivery to investors or insurance with an agency, performing compliance and ad hoc audits, providing suspense and error trend analysis to the operations centers and addressing other issues which may arise after loan closing. You will be responsible for a variety of functions within post-closing including but not limited to; clearing investor or agency suspense conditions, working with EMB lenders, title companies or counties to address outstanding final documents, working with borrowers to address loan deficiencies to allow insuring or guaranty of government loans, management of the escrow holdback process, performing compliance audits, ordering property inspections on properties located in disaster areas and resolving other issues which arise post-closing.
