Job summary

PNC is seeking a Mortgage professional to join the Mortgage organization in the Greater Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX area.

This in-office role focuses on analyzing client needs, structuring loan solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to close mortgage transactions. You will handle customer relationships, assess financial information for complex borrowers, and collaborate across departments to ensure compliant, timely loan closings.

Qualifications

• Banking products knowledge and client outreach.
• Experience in mortgage sales and client solutioning.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Responsible for sales calls.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services; reviews documentation to ensure compliance.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
