Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, GA is hiring a Home Medication History Information Technician. Under the Home Medication Information RN, you help complete the home medication history to support safe admissions.

Shift is Modified 7on/7off from 11am to 10:30pm, with two days on and five days off on a repeating pattern. The role requires a HS diploma, 1 year retail pharmacy experience, and hospital pharmacy exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting required.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• IV admixture experience preferred.
• IV chemotherapy preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Home Medication History Information RN to ensure home medication history is completed per Policy.
• Assist staff at admission or as needed to obtain best list of home medications.

Education

H.S. Diploma or GED

LPT - Licensed Pharmacy Tech Registration (state Board) Upon Hire Required

RPI - Reg Pharmacy Intern Registration (state Board) Upon Hire Required

PTCB Certification Preferred

BCLS - Basic Life Support
