Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Contacts patients and provides delivery windows.
• Delivers, sets up and maintains home medical equipment and supplies.
• Evaluates home environments for safe equipment use.
• Instructs customers in proper usage of equipment.
• May collect private pay charges as directed.
• Cleans and tests equipment per policy and manufacturer specs.
• Keeps delivery vehicle organized and maintained.
• Participates in on-call service rotation as required.
