Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily location operations on-site, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead a team delivering respiratory and DME services at home.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, and partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate CMNs and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, expenses, A/R, service delivery metrics.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet goals.
• Assist with on-call coverage and deliveries as needed.
