Job summary

MSC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist/Medical Equipment Technician in Sandusky, OH. You will ensure orders are filled, staged, and ready for delivery, maintaining a clean warehouse and providing patient education during equipment setup and home delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 100 pounds, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. You will be part of a team supporting home care customers across designated areas and assisting with related warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with HME delivery is a plus.
• Be at least 21 years of age with an excellent driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player).
• Clean and neat in personal appearance.
• Good physical condition with ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must pass the HPE (Human Performance Evaluation) test.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills, stages, and QAs orders to be delivered in a timely manner according to routed schedule requirement.
• Packages and labels outgoing UPS deliveries.
• Maintains warehouse and work area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Assists with other warehouse activities as needed.
• Acts as point person between departments for customer inquiries regarding orders or stock availability.
• Determines daily delivery routes with Dispatch Coordinator and communicates completion of stops.
• Verifies and loads staged orders and unloads picked up equipment at route end.
• Instructs customers on equipment use and ensures timely, courteous service.
