Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Technician – Local Delivery Driver to join our team.

You will deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment for patients in your local community, providing hands-on support and education that improves comfort and independence. Responsibilities include delivering equipment, educating patients and caregivers on safe use, completing delivery documentation, and maintaining a safe, clean company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Medical terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for safety and function.
• Keep assigned vehicle clean, safe and ready for service.
• Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations.
