Rotech Healthcare is seeking a Patient Service Technician – Local Delivery Driver to deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patients’ homes, ensuring safe and correct operation. You will educate patients and caregivers, troubleshoot equipment, and document visits accurately.

The role emphasizes on-time delivery, safety compliance, and customer service in a local community setting, with opportunities to engage in on-call rotations and weekend coverage.

Qualificações

• Background check performed; process individualized as required.
• Drug screen when applicable.
• Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Available for on-call assignments after hours and weekends.
• Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports on time.
• Keep company vehicle clean, safe and ready for service.
• Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
