Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Patient Service Technician to join a growing team. You will deliver oxygen and home medical equipment to patients, provide equipment setup and instruction, and ensure excellent customer service.

This role requires driving to residences and healthcare facilities in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. This is a full-time, day-shift position with a Monday–Friday schedule; weekends may be required based on client

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery vehicle to patient residences and healthcare facilities in various weather conditions.
• Deliver, set up, and demonstrate the proper use of oxygen and home medical equipment.
• Assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair durable medical equipment and respiratory equipment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company driving policies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration as assigned.
• Report equipment malfunctions and issues to appropriate staff.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency service requests.
• Assist with dispatch responsibilities as needed.
• Follow infection control policies, safety procedures, and universal precautions.
• Clean and sanitize equipment according to company standards.
