Blackburn's Physicians Pharmacy, Inc. in Erie, PA seeks a dependable Delivery Technician to join our Erie team. You will load, deliver, set up, and retrieve durable medical equipment, while providing patients and caregivers with clear instructions and compassionate service.

Responsibilities include handling inventory, completing documentation, and ensuring equipment safety and operation. We offer a full-time daytime schedule, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive health benefits and retirement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
• Comfort with lifting and moving equipment; mechanical aptitude.
• Healthcare delivery or DME experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to patient homes.
• Set up equipment and ensure safety and operation.
• Explain operation and care to patients and caregivers.
• Complete delivery documentation and collect payments or copays.
• Maintain inventory and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Keep company vehicle clean and maintained.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support additional delivery and service projects as assigned.
