AdaptHealth in Everett, WA is seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to safely transport, set up and support respiratory and home medical equipment at patients' homes, clinics, or care settings. You will educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and comfort, perform routine maintenance, handle documentation, and participate in on-call rotation while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service, field-based delivery or healthcare experience required/preferred.
• One year of healthcare technician, delivery/field service with customer interaction or related experience preferred.
• Senior level requires two years of relevant experience including one year in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of HME products, services and regulations.
• Perform patient assessments and re-assessments to support ongoing care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Deliver, set up, and retrieve equipment; perform basic maintenance.
• Process orders and complete documentation accurately to support patient care.
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control standards.
