Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely and timely deliver home medical equipment to patients, provide setup, and educate on proper use. You will follow routes, maintain vehicle, and help with on-call rotations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, DOT/FMCSA readiness, and ability to lift 50+ lbs. Prior healthcare delivery experience is a plus; non-CDL allowed for 18+, CDL 21+.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a professional driving role or equivalent.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License and meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds alone and more with assistance.

Mansioni

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle; ensure safe loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with patients and internal teammates.
• Keep delivery vehicle and warehouse clean, compliant with FDA protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations during evenings and weekends.
