Job summary

Lincare is the nation's leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment, and clinical respiratory services. We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, delivering home medical equipment to patients and providing equipment setup and patient education on proper use.

The role requires safe driving, adherence to routes and schedules, and excellent customer service. On-call rotations may apply, with opportunities for on-call incentives and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year in a professional driving role; healthcare/home care background is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Ensure cleanliness of vehicle and warehouse following FDA protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
