Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team in providing safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment and patient education on equipment use. You will follow routes, maintain vehicle safety, and support patients and staff with on-site setup and training.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of professional driving experience; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a professional driving role.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home medical equipment to patients on assigned routes.
• Provide equipment setup and patient education on proper use.
• Adhere to routes, schedules, and transportation laws; maintain safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle for safety during loading/unloading.
• Build positive relationships with patients and internal teams.
• Follow FDA/DOT protocols and maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization.
• Be available for on-call rotations during evenings/weekends to handle emergencies.
