Job summary

Lincare is hiring a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients in the Los Angeles area. You will set up equipment and educate patients on proper use, while following routes and safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of driving experience, and a valid driver’s license. A health care background is a plus, with on-call evening/weekend shifts in rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a professional driving role or equivalent.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Must lift 50+ pounds alone and 50 lbs with assistance; ability to work on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home medical equipment to patients on assigned routes.
• Provide equipment setup and patient education on proper use.
• Adhere to all routes, schedules, and traffic laws with safe driving.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle for safety and cleanliness.
• Build positive relationships with patients and team members.
• Be able to work on-call during evenings and weekends per policy.
