HF Home is seeking a Home Manager to serve as the main contact for a portfolio of homeowner clients in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate care, oversee subcontractors, handle routine upkeep, and ensure smooth operations so clients never have to worry about logistics.
The company will take on scheduling, billing, collections, insurance, the back office and even a company vehicle, allowing you to focus on client relationships and project delivery.
Built a reputation. Ready for stability?
If your clients call you — not a company — this role is for you
You've spent years earning homeowners' trust one job at a time. They call you by name, they wait for your schedule to open up, and they send their friends. That reputation is real, and it's valuable. Right now it's also carrying everything, because you're the one answering the phone, doing the work, managing the subs, and chasing the invoices — all at once.
HF Home offers a different deal: keep the relationships, hand off the rest. You stay the trusted face your clients already know. We take the business side — scheduling, billing, collections, insurance, the back office, even a company vehicle — off your plate.
The role
As a Home Manager, you're the single point of contact for a portfolio of homeowner clients — coordinating their care, overseeing subcontractors, handling routine upkeep, and keeping everything running so they never have to think about it. The relationships come first; we handle the machinery behind them.
What changes for you
No more wearing every hat. You stop being the owner and the worker at the same time. We run scheduling, billing, invoicing, collections, and the back office — you focus on your clients and the work in front of you.
What we're looking for
Either one of these qualifies you:
Existing client relationships or a strong community reputation are strongly preferred — that's what we're really after. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Compensation
The upside comes first: a monthly commission of 3% of gross job margin on every closed invoice — paid monthly, with no cap. The more your clients spend, the more you earn — and your clients are already spending. On top of that, a competitive base salary and an annual bonus targeted at 10% of your base, split across client retention, quotes submitted, and inspections completed.
