Job summary

21CJS Janitorial Services is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician in Little Rock, AR. You will perform basic repairs and ongoing maintenance to keep residential properties in excellent condition, handling electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, flooring, painting, and fencing tasks.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions. On-call weekends are rare but may occur.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge and practical experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basic construction, flooring, painting and fencing.

Responsibilities

Perform basic residential repairs and routine maintenance.
Troubleshoot and fix minor issues related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Complete general property upkeep including painting and fence repairs.
Respond to rare on-call emergencies outside regular hours when needed.
Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
