Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Financial Analyst for the Home Lending Consumer Pricing Finance team to analyze pricing and revenue metrics and support mortgage product pricing strategy.

You will partner with leaders across Consumer, Wealth, and Business Banking, manage the relationship pricing program, and maintain an exception-based pricing tool to guide loan pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or technical field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis or related experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and revenue insights for Home Lending products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze initiatives and track outcomes.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and reporting.
• Perform margin and volume analysis; explain variances to leadership.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for senior management.
• Partner with various teams to optimize pricing programs.
• Maintain and enhance pricing guidance tools used by support partners.
• Design streamlined reports and dashboards to improve results.
• Identify risks impacting operations (fair lending, regulatory, etc.).
