Job summary

Southampton Union Free School District is seeking a qualified Home Instruction Tutor to provide instructional support to a student from Southampton Intermediate School during the school year. The position is part-time with responsibilities in the Special Education department.

Hours are 10 per week, located at Southampton Elementary School. The tutor will deliver home instruction, prepare and assign activities, and coordinate with school staff while maintaining required records for compliance.

Qualifications

• NYSTeacher Certification required.
• Ability to provide individualized instruction based on student needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
