Home Instead is seeking caring Care Professionals to assist seniors in Northwestern Montana. The role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time hours and focuses on kindness, safety, and independent living at home.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care to clients to help them stay safe and independent.
• Assist with bathing, hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands.
• Offer companionship and read to clients who have trouble seeing.
• Help with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Support clients with daily routines and medication reminders as needed.
• Build trusting relationships and communicate client needs to family.

Our Care Professionals perform a variety of tasks aimed at keeping our clients safe and independent, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation and assistance with personal care needs. As a Care Professional, your day might include reading an enticing book to a senior who has trouble seeing, assisting them to a doctor's appointment, or fulfilling a senior's wish to remain in their home through end of life. No day is ever the same, as the needs we face are as unique as each of our clients!

We offer great training. We also specialize in Alzheimer's and dementia care as well as support in hospice care. It's your choice as to what services you would like to offer.
