Job summary

Orkin LLC is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Professional in Fayetteville, NC. You will schedule appointments, inspect homes, and explain pest-control options with a focus on solving customers' needs while earning top wages through commissions.

You’ll use a company vehicle and handheld devices (iPad) to document inspections, present proposals, and begin service. We offer paid training, benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for annual awards and career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Conduct a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior areas of the potential customer’s property.
• Serve as a problem solver by recommending best pest solution based on training.
• Make sales presentations addressing questions, explaining process, and setting expectations.
• Complete paperwork to begin service and use the iPad for accuracy.
• Achieve sales targets through leads and new business development.
• Be a key member of the Orkin Sales team.
