Orkin is hiring an Home Sales Inspector in Charlotte, NC. You’ll leverage a strong brand and training to perform 360 inspections, explain pest protection options, and build lasting customer relationships in homeowners’ lives.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and achieving sales goals through lead follow-up, presentations, and effective communication. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits accompany a compensation plan focused on growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)

Responsabilidades

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Explain practical solutions and build trusted relationships with homeowners.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
