Job summary

Orkin is seeking a people-focused sales professional to conduct full-home inspections, explain findings, and close pest-control deals. You'll build trust, schedule appointments, and work toward uncapped earnings with the support of a national brand.

This role requires comfort climbing, crawling, and working in varying weather. A high school diploma is required; training is provided, and you’ll receive a company vehicle, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Use of PPE and ladder safety as part of inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using company tools.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
