Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Home Infusion RN to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes, primarily in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves direct patient care, coordination with physicians and the care team, and education for patients and families on infusion therapy.

Applicants should hold an NC RN license (or multi-state Compact), have at least 1 year of RN experience in infusion, ER, or ICU, and possess CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license or multistate license (Compact)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU)
• Excellent IV insertion skills
• CPR and BLS certification are required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within RN scope
• Assess, diagnose, plan, and evaluate patient care with families
• Collaborate with physicians and team on care plan
• Facilitate start of care through admission process
• Act as patient advocate ensuring rights and safety
• Document changes to patient condition and communicate promptly
• Provide home health nursing per standards and policies
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and self-care
