Job summary

Palomacares is seeking a Home Infusion RN for PRN/part-time coverage in Spring, TX. Assignments depend on referrals and service needs; you will travel to patients' homes to provide skilled home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics and hydration, following physician orders and pharmacy protocols.

Required: current, unrestricted Texas RN license; current BLS/CPR certification; at least 1 year of nursing experience; peripheral IV insertion and central-line care

Responsibilities

Job description

We are hiring Home Infusion RNs for PRN / as-needed coverage in Spring, TX. Assignments depend on patient referrals and service needs, so hours and volume may vary. You will travel to patients' homes to provide skilled home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics and hydration, in line with physician orders and pharmacy protocols.

Required: current, unrestricted Texas RN license; current BLS/CPR certification; at least 1 year of recent nursing experience; peripheral IV insertion and central-line care within scope; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Preferred: home infusion, infusion center, ER, ICU, oncology or vascular-access experience.

Schedule: Part-time / PRN. Pay: $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
