Job summary

Palomacares in Aspermont, TX is hiring Home Infusion RNs for PRN, as-needed coverage, traveling to patients' homes to provide skilled infusion therapy.

Job description

We are hiring Home Infusion RNs for PRN / as-needed coverage in Aspermont, TX. Assignments depend on patient referrals and service needs, so hours and volume may vary. You will travel to patients' homes to provide skilled home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics and hydration, in line with physician orders and pharmacy protocols.

Required: current, unrestricted Texas RN license; current BLS/CPR certification; at least 1 year of recent nursing experience; peripheral IV insertion and central-line care within scope; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Preferred: home infusion, infusion center, ER, ICU, oncology or vascular-access experience.

Schedule: Part-time / PRN. Pay: $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
